PERSONALIZATIONS IN A DESIGN OF MOBILE PUBLISH/SUBSCRIBE ARCHITECTURAL FRAMEWORK FOR SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL PARKS

Currently the information systems of South African National Parks (SANPARKs) are distributed and users have difficulties accessing required information. This research aims at providing the design guidelines for the South African National Parks system that would ensure that the information access is simplified for the users through personalization. We restructure the existing SANPARKS system by developing a model based on the broker and implicit models. In this work we introduce a publish/subscribe mechanism to ensure that the information in the SANPARKs system is simplified through personalization in order to satisfy the users interests and expectations.
