摘要

To fix target power market is the basis of marketing decision for power enterprises and can greatly influence the economic benefit. Norm-based grey correlation analysis has better approximation compared to the average-based one. In this paper, we apply both traditional grey correlation analysis and norm-based grey correlation analysis to target market deciding in West Inner Mongolia power market. By comparing the results of two methods with the real power market, we know that norm-based grey correlation analysis has higher precision than the traditional method.
