Management software usually cannot be fitted to the individualization demand of the enterprise at the present situation. In view of this problem, a development method of the management software which uses mass customization methods based on component is presented. The concept and features of the method are put forward. Then the two-dimensional product structure model, development process model, the product and process integration model are presented. Finally the superiority of the method is explained through one practical application.
