Research in Concession Operation Period Considering the Risk in BOT Project (ID: 6-078)

摘要

Through the quantitative analysis for the risk of the BOT project financing, this article figured out the probability of success in this project. And based on the utility function of the probability of success and expected revenue, we determined the expected revenue that investors wished to gain from the BOT project. According to that expected revenue, we definitely ascertained the operation period of this project which could serve inventors as an aid.
