摘要

The knowledge-based view of the firm attempts to explain the role of knowledge in differentiating firm performance. This perspective maintains that firms create competitive advantage through a cumulative activity of exploitation, experiential learning and expertise, and idiosyncratic routines. Organizational knowledge converting capability (OKCC) could be used to examine firm's knowledge-based competency, which include double conversion functions, that is, from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge and individual knowledge to organizational capital. This paper selected 8 factors from both individual and organizational levels as appraisal indexes, namely, human capital, job characteristics, organization commitment, trust, incentive policy, IT infrastructure, centralization degree, organizational learning and applied it into practice by means of grey relation analysis, grey relation analysis enhances the application of the OKCC theory's operation into practice, and achieved satisfactory effects.
