The diversification strategy has become an extensively adopted enterprise-management strategy in the advanced western world. The concerning research and practice have shown that, with the advantages such as risk-spreading, benefit-stability, etc. , the adoption of diversification strategy has become one of the essential signs of modern enterprises. This management strategy has been used after certain enterprise has reached certain level in terms of scale and quality; it maters very much in the perspective of how to sustain the development of the enterprise and hoe to compete successfully in the market. The issue of the very relationship between organization factors and type of diversification strategy has recently been given more and more attention by the highest management personnel. Diversification strategy has been adopted extensively by more and more enterprises, has become a popular management trend and tendency. Because organization factors affect the operating activities from a variety of facets, it is naturally very important to do some research work on the relationship between organization factors and diversification strategy of enterprise management. This paper, by taking the method of enterprise questionnaire and getting concerning statistical data, and by analyzing the collected data with the multiple-linearity square deviation, reached the mutual relationship between organization factors and diversification strategy type, offering a reference for the positive research on the development of diversification of enterprises in our country.
