摘要

The system of the automated control of a residual cyclic resource (SACOR-M) is intended for anestimation while in service saved up fatigue damage of the equipment and pipelines of 1 contour RP withVVER-1000 on actual parameters heat-and-force loading elements of a design in real operational modes.SACOR-M supervises accumulation of fatigue damage to the most intense points of the constructive elementsdetermined as a result of design calculations on durability. Calculation of fatigue damage of SACOR-M carriesout under indications of the design transducers recording the current thermo mechanical condition of theequipment, with use of special approximating formulas for calculation of stress in each control point. In thestress calculation the loading factors due to the primary and secondary pressures, temperature compensation ofpipelines, real moving of the equipment, and temperature fluctuations, thermo shocks and stratification ofcoolant under all operating conditions including the transient and accident conditions are taken into account.In the report the general principles of the organization and construction in SACOR-M are submitted.Experience of two-year-old operation of SACOR-M on 1 Unit of the Rostov NPP is analyses and therealized operational modes for the given period and their contribution to accumulation of fatigue damage areshown. Ways of realization of verification methodical, information and the software in SACOR-M are described.It is marked, that in places of mixture of streams of the coolant with various temperatures for decrease ofconservatism installation regular the shipped thermocouples is necessary.Possible ways of development of SACOR-M on a way of expansion of functions of system regardingincrease of points of the control by results of operating experience, use of additional gauges heat-and-force thecontrol, the account of other mechanisms influencing decrease of a resource of metal of the equipment andpipelines RP are marked.
