Experiments Using MAR for Aligning Corpora

We present some experiments conductedwithin the context of one of the sharedtasks of the ACL 2005 Workshop onBuilding and Using Parallel Texts. Wehave employed a new model for findingthe alignments. This new model takesa recursive approach in order to find thealignments. As its computational costs arequite high, a method for splitting the trainingsentences in smaller parts is used.
