FEATURES OF PROPERTIES OF MATERIALS SYNTHESIZED IN SOLAR FURNACE

摘要

For revealing features of influence of the concentrated solar radiation the groups: titanates of REE, titanates pseudo-brookite type, fluorite-like solid solutions on a basis of zirconium and hafnium oxides are investigated. It is established, that, first of all, the proprieties is defined by the nature of cations. The concentrated solar radiation defines change of properties due to formation anionic- excess sub-lattice and excitation of valent electrons.
