The Monte Carlo simulation presented here locates the smallest reorder point which meets auser-specified fill rate requirement for any given order quantity. The program permits specifyingseveral demand and reorder probability distributions. This approach provides an inventorycontrol analysis that is accessible to nontechnical users.
