Stimuli Responsive Nanogels as a Drug Delivery Vehicle: pH Triggered Release of Doxorubicin

PEGylated nanogel was synthesized via aemulsion copolymerization of diethylaminoethylmethacrylate (AMA) in the presence of hetero PEGmacromonomer. The volume phase transition of thenanogel was revealed at physiological pH.Doxorubicin was loaded in the nanogels core. Suchthe Doxorubicin (DOX) incorporated nanogels is ofpotential importance for a high performance drugcareer.
