摘要

The potential of N-trimethyl chitosan (TMC)nanoparticles as a carrier system for the intranasaldelivery of influenza sub-unit vaccine was studied.The nanoparticles were prepared by ioniccrosslinking of TMC solution containing antigen withtripolyphosphate. The particles had a diameter of ca.600 nm and a positive zeta-potential. Micevaccinated intranasally with antigen-loadednanoparticles showed high neutralizing antibodyresponses.
