Simultaneous Delivery of Anticancer Drug Doxorubicin and P-gp Inhibitor GG918by Solid Lipid Nanoparticles

摘要

An innovative solid lipid nanoparticle system loaded withanticancer drug doxorubicin and P-gp inhibitor GG918combination was devised. The nanoparticle formulationwas capable of simultaneously releasing significantportions of the two drugs in phosphate buffer solution,and was more effective for suppressing the growth ofdrug-resistant human breast cancer cells than the drugs insolution form.
