Encapsulation of Oxytetracycline HCl into PLGA Microspheres via Reverse Micellar Technique

摘要

A new reverse micellar microencapsulationtechnique was developed to load oxytetracyclineHCl into PLGA microspheres. The resultantmicrospheres had smooth, pore-free surfaces,and their internal matrices were absent fromhollow cavities. The new method permitted theattainment of higher encapsulation efficiencies.
