Theophylline pellets were coated with Eudragit?RS30D aqueous dispersions, containing variouspectin HM / chitosan ionic complexes, using a Uni-Glatt fluidized-bed apparatus. We compared twomethods to determination of theophylline ,Ultraviolet spectrophotometeric method and HPLCmethod.
