The monorail hang has been used widely in Lu’an Mining Industry in our province, and the import equipment is mainly in the 1990s.It is all-hydraulic control system, though easy to use, has the problem that maintain and overhaul complicity and difficult. Because workers who use it have technological limited experience, it is difficult for them to judge the question accurately. Dismantle and change the component blindly, so cause some questions that waste materials, prolong the maintaining time and delay producing. In the long-term practicing I have set up an expert-detection mathematics model, and hanged the online trouble detection technique of monorail hang. Install the digital sensor on a check point of the monorail hang, utilize the signal line connect every sensor to the data gathering board of the Industrial Controlling Computer. Start locomotive, operate the locomotive to finish every function movement, at the same time the Industrial Controlling Computer gathers every state signal of the sensor, through expert-detection system, and confirm the concrete trouble point of the locomotive. This detection utilizes the online state and the theory of expert system, so it is accurate and fast.
