摘要

This paper gives a design project of programmable microwave delay line to meet the demanding for simulating the flight altitude in testing and servicing the radio altimeter. The VXIbus master device gives commands to control the states of microwave switches and programmable attenuator for setting the different simulating altitude and degree of signal attenuation. It can be used to replace the equivalent height cable box and help the engineers to realize the modulization, generalization and standardization of the hardware platform of ATS. The result of application shows that the delay line has high reliability and applied cost.
