Image Retrieval Method Based Texture Watermarks

摘要

An image retrieval method using water- marking is proposed in this paper. This method consists of three parts: computing texture features (CTF), embedding these texture features in the images (ETI) and improved image retrieval method (IIR). We choose three texture features in CTF. They are texture browsing descriptor, HTD (homogeneous texture descriptor) and Edge histogram descriptor.. Then these features are invisibly embedded into images. We embed watermark in DCT domain using dither modulation algorithm in ETI. Then we use IIR to retrieval images. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
