In the experiment of missile assaulting target ship, vector of miss distance is the one of important parameter. This paper gives the solution of measuring vector of miss distance of radar data grab system based on Doppler Frequency Shift Theorem. The focus of subject in this paper is just the Doppler signals pick-up. The paper discusses the ameliorated arithmetic of standard Kalman filter, the optimal filter for linear system. Simultaneity the method of fast estimate based on FFT for Doppler frequency of radar is given. The result of simulation testifies the validity of the method.
