摘要

This paper focuses on the volume rendering of the scientific computing visualization and deeply discusses the volume rendering algorithm. Its emphasis is on the volume rendering of the regular data field and it researches one special algorithm which is related to growing process of a plant. At first, it discusses the basic concepts and theory of volume rendering technology; Secondly, it researches volume rendering algorithm of the regular data field in detail, discusses how to speed up the algorithm in the regular data field and introduces the relevance cell projection algorithm used in this paper, including its basic thought and implement process; At last, a rapid volume rendering algorithm is researched by using relevance cell projection, computing the temperature data set in which the plant exist so as to make the volume rendering get into practice.
