This thesis describes a new thought of gas security supervision for coalmines. To match with the gas monitor system and real-time control network of the coal mine, it can completely enhance the security supervision effectively prevent serious gas exploding accident. This kind of thought also can be applied in other realms. This method can force inspectors to cruise by the rule time and route, at the same time auto collect security data such as gas density, carbon monoxide density, harmful material density, dust density, temperature, humidity...etc. The data can't be changed or input by handwork. This method develops a new valid way to supervise the security of production. The core thought of this method is to eradicate the artificial or intentional leaks that may result to insecurity production. It will collect the automatically induced test data, then pass them to computer to process by connection wire or infrared etc. So the center of supervision system can discover problems betimes through network by the data management and analysis software, can make sure the work details of the inspectors, can know where the check is skipped and how the handset instrument is verified, etc. The relation between this coalmine gas monitor and the real-time supervision control system just like the out party and govern party in political system. Data not only come from single inspection network system but another supervision system also. It analyses to get the suspicious index values by comparing the network data. Therefore the evidence data can be provided to examine directively. So it can take charge of the administration to various class security persons and branches. The network may upload data accurately include the information of patrol time, test point id and measuring data etc. The handset test instrument works by radio or infrared maser to induce information on the fixed electronic labels and record it, as well as the time and the label identification number. This network system can monitor all levels of responsible security personnel. If someone don't cruise by rule or some abnormal circumstance appears, the analysis system will alert the center of monitor to act in time.
