Research and Development of Manufacturing Information Integration based on S95

摘要

It is very difficult to exchange the information between enterprise management and control system. The paper tries to solve this problem. Firstly, introduces the ISA S95. Based on S95, combining M2MML, the paper develops five activity models for decorative fabric production enterprise, realizes information integration between ERP and production field. The paper regards basic activities of S95 model as study objects, applies OPC and XML, realizes the integration between manufacturing operations and control system under the B/S frame for fabric production. The paper studies the integration among different control equipments and among control systems based on S95 and Industrial Ethernet.
