Three factors of affecting dispersing and reserving stability of nanostructure coating material based on friendly water dispersible medium were analyzed experimentally in the paper, and the influent degree, such as dispersant, soluble expending-typed alkaline and non-ionic association reaction thickening agent were experimentally demonstrated. Optimizing designation of every components of nanometer coating based on the orthogonal test induced that non-ionic association reaction polyurethanes thickening agent is the biggest affecting factor on viscosity index. It also can be seen from the experiment results that nanostructure coating material has the suitable viscosity and the best stability when dispersing agent is 0.2 percent, polyacrylic acid thickening agent of soluble expending-typed alkaline is 4.7 percent and non-ionic association reaction polyurethanes thickening agent is 1.4 percent.
