The Application of CCD Sensor in Laser Carve System

摘要

In allusion to the problem which present laser carve system can not adjust automatically focus position，a design scheme of using CCD image sensor to measure distance and compensating the position warp from laser beam focus point to object surface carved is brought forward. In this paper the principle of using CCD image sensor to measure distance is introduced. Experiment result proves the scheme is feasible.
