Study on Testing Technology and Equipment for Relays

摘要

This paper mainly studied the computer control technology and detection technology for the electrical life test of relay. A novel system solution for relay electrical life test and detection is presented; its device hardware structure and its corresponding software scheme are discussed according to the requirements of the test. Several key techniques for implementing the new system have been developed. During the control process of the test, this device can detect the voltage between the contacts and display the voltage wave on closing or opening, can measure the closing time, the release time and various parameters of the test circuit.
