The Research on Architecture of Modular Automatic Test Equipment for General-purpose Equipment

At present, the ATE developed for general-purpose equipment in army exist some problems and can not content the need of the arm support. This paper puts forward the developing project that ATE is modularized, according to the design thought of" opening system" and adopting the opening business standard and fact standard. Based on analyzing the type and the character of test signal, the constitute mode of ATE is studied, and its functions are decomposed. Then a general test platform frame used in depot, intermediate and base level maintenance is constructed. The platform frame is provided with better inheritance, openness, commonality, and expandability.
