In this paper, the virtual test model of a high speed tracked vehicle is established based on multi-body dynamic simulation software ADAMS/ATV module for testing rolling resistance coefficient, the model consists of a tractor and a tank, two rigid bars, measure equipment and constraint joints. The tank and the tractor constrained with two rigid bars through cylindrical joints, measure equipment is connected the two rigid bar to combine the tractor and the tank. Interactive force between high-speed tracked vehicle and rolling road is discussed, and the model of relationship between road property parameters and rolling resistance is established. Hard road and soft road property parameters are introduced into the ATV module to imitate the real road. The virtual test is conducted with the full model in the virtual circumstance, and the rolling resistance coefficient of hard road and soft road is get. By virtual test, some essential parameters such as vehicle speed and grouser height are analyzed, which influence the resistance coefficient. By comparison with the test data, the feasibility of the model was verified.
