摘要

This paper puts forward a new method of two-dimensional geometrical error comprehensive measurement.At present,there are many items about geometrical error comprehensive measurement,at the same time, the instrumental measuring process and evaluating process are separate, this seriously influence the efficiency of geometrical error measuring and evaluating.Making use of the technology of computer and photoelectricity,the author has designed a suit of two-dimensional geometrical error comprehensive measuring system.The system integrates geometrical error measuring technology with geometrical error evaluating technology, automates geometrical error measurement and evaluation and data acquisition.As a result,the accuracy and efficiency of measuring mechanical part are evidently improved. This set had successfully been installed on the universal tool microscope.The result of the experiment illustrates that this system can be widely applied in the science research and production.
