The Autoloader of armored vehicle is a system of automation composed of mechanical and electrical devices. It fulfills a series of automatic loading actions orderly through its electrical control system. It is difficult to diagnose the fault and judge the performance as the autoloader is so complicated and affected by so many factors. In this article, a certain tank gun is taken as the research object and various fault forms of its autoloader are analyzed, a project is provided about how to use the theory of fuzzy fault tree to diagnose and judge the fault of autoloaders. Firstly, a part of fault tree of autoloader is illustrated and built. Secondly, qualitative and quantitative analysis on the fault tree is made to find the fault equation of the system, some essential parameters and the framework function of the fault tree. Finally, the method using searching arithmetic to analyze the fault tree of the autoloader is introduces.
