The Control System for the Electrode’ Ascent or Descent of Self-consuming Electrode Vacuum Electric Arc Furnace

摘要

Self-consuming electrode vacuum electric arc furnace（SCEVEAF）is applied extensively to the smelting of colored metal, especially in the smelting of precious metal. In this thesis, the general architecture, the operating principles and the hardware composition of PLC control system for the electrode’ ascent or descent of SCEVEAF are introduced, the program structure of the system software is analysed. It is proved that the capability of the PLC control system is stable and reliable, so it is worthy to extend.
