Study on Detection of Toxic Organophosphorous Vapors by Quartz Crystal Microbalance Sensor

摘要

Piezoelectric crystals have been used in electronic equipments for controlling frequency and piezoelectric quartz crystal sensors have become the common electronic devices to detect toxic vapors because of their high accuracy and selectivity. Four compounds are used as the sensitive materials of quartz crystal microbalance sensor to detect the toxic organophosphorous vapors and the results will offer some reliable evidences to develop the array sensors or sirens on toxic vapors.
