We have researched some technical method today for coupling the fiber and the single laser installed in series, then draw a conclusion that we utilize the difference in wavelength of every laser diode and using edge filter to couple different wavelength single laser diode’s output beam into single-fiber. This method made the coupling efficiency more than 80% in coupling the 2W output power laser diode whose wavelength are 940nm and 980nm into 200um fiber. At the same time the method made the power supply miniaturized and integrated in a whole, then got a minitype high power fiber coupling laser diode modular in practice.
