ISOFOTON S.A., the Spanish PV manufacturer company, is interested in the exploitation of concentratingphotovoltaic. It is actively involved in the industrialization of High Concentration PV at really competitive price (below 2,5 €/Wpk for installed systems) when mass production issues are considered. This paper describes very briefly main progress, efforts and considerations for a mass production concept as developed in the FP6 FULLSPECTRUM project. The key pointsdescribed takes into account state of the art technology previously introduced: TIR system. Manufacturing of optics andpackaging (encapsulation and assembling process) are the key factor. These procedures have solved the problematic related to the joining of optics and solar cell keeping the low tolerances described by design.
