摘要

The purpose of the work is to improve the efficiency-load factor curve shape of inverters on photovoltaic grid-connected applications in Europe. It starts from hourly climatic data obtained of Meteonorm 4.0 from 12 cities in Europe. Photovoltaic grid-connected installations have been simulated for each city, with different efficiency-load factor curves and different relationships between the nominal inverter power and the maximum photovoltaic generator power. Annual medial efficiency of inverters on simulate installations have been compared. You can see which curves offer high relative improvements for each city. In this work it is shown how the efficiencyload factor curve has to change in order to obtain the highest annual median efficiency of inverters on photovoltaic grid-connected installations in each city of Europe.
