A Novel Method Using Coiled Tubing for Dewatering Gas Wells

This paper will present an entirely new process for de-wateringgas wells with liquid loading problems. The process removesproduced liquids via a separate flow path and allows gasproduction unhindered by any liquid head. The result is highergas production rates arising from increased draw-down and areduction of near well-bore liquid saturation. An importantadditional benefit is ability to produce these wells atsignificantly lower flowing bottomhole pressures, resulting inan increase in recoverable reserves.
