摘要

In order to research electromagnet motioncharacteristics of high voltage circuit breaker and providethe proof for faulty analysis, this paper experimented on10kV vacuum circuit breaker (KYN18A-10-118). Basingon vibration signals and current of closing coil, motioncharacteristic of breaker electromagnet is analyzedaccording to the spectrum and energy distribution ofwavelet packet frequency band and motion time. Thispaper simulated the faulty, and found the homologouscharacteristic parameters by comparing normal and faultstate. The result of research shows that vibration signal canreflect the motion characteristics of electromagnet, and it isuseful to diagnose the faults. Therefore, method based onvibration signals can be used to monitor circuit breaker. Itwill improve existing monitor system.
