The risk is possibility of destruction, losing and demolisher that?? exists in all people's activities. The indoor environmental risk is the main risk of people's health. It is well known that carrying out risk assessment has significant meaning. Health Risk Assessment includes identify harm. exposed assessment, dosage-reaction relation, risk symptom and risk management. This paper introduced the uncertainty factors of indoor environment risk health assessment, which includes the subjective and objective uncertainty factors. The uncertainty that exists objectively is brought by the objective world. It is obvious that the uncertainty question causes error of the health risk assessment. The author concludes the method of uncertainty analyses. We make these uncertainty factors reduce to minimum extent. It lets us more convenient to understand the reliability degree of evaluated result and the possible link in which produce the error and question. The uncertainty factors have been discussed mainly in the assessment of carcinogen, non-carcinogen and radioactivity. In the last of this paper, the author introduces several kinds of commonly used models of risk assessment such as method of Monte Carlo analysis, Taylor simplifies, Probability trees and Expert judge, etc.
