摘要

The subject of this paper is the numerical simulation of temperature fields during MAG weldingand of the fatigue behaviour of a variety of mismatch welded joints, which was carried out in the research project“Innovative constructions for the mechanical engineering and steel construction by combination of new steelmaterials”. The investigations concentrated on combinations of structural steels with high-strength fine-grainedsteels in the welded joint. A high degree of accordance was obtained between measurements of temperaturetime history and of fatigue behaviour on the one hand, and the results of numerical computations on the other.Subsequently, it can be assumed the material data used represents reality quite satisfactorily.
