Pickup Parameter Analysis of 9YFQ-1.9 Type SquareBaler

摘要

Type of 9YFQ-1.9 square baler unique front-end trail-behind general layout.Its main tool isdistributed symmetrically along the chamber. Also the pickup assembly is laid on the front of balechamber. Compared to L type baler,it not only concise general layout of tool and general width sizeof tool but also remakablly increase picking coverage and picking ability .It is of benefit to improveproductivity too. So it lead to that not only fac e size of pickup assembly is great reduced but also racknumber decrease to three bars. The text put emphasis on analysing motion parameter、pickingability and unpicking rate of pickup assembly.
