The text is mainly study on the problem in conservative farming and thecharacteristics of the agricultural farming in Xinjiang and Changji.This text is according tothe important meaning of the promotion and application for the agricultural conservativein domestic and abroad currently. On the base of the reference ,introduction andunderstanding ,through the experimental demonstration of the conservative farmingmechanization technique under the condition of the development in Changji State’sfarming and the processing the irrigation farming to promote the important meaning of theconservative farming mechanization technique which applied in social, economic andsociety performance, and also research and prove the feasibility for conservative farmingmechanization technique. And put forward the rationalization suggestion.
