Analysis of Land Management of Scale forWangjia Town of Dengta County

With the adjustment of rural industrial structure and the development ofrural economy, the land management of scale has already become an importantissue. The essential nature and contents of the land management of scale weresystematic investigated during the study. By setting up mathematics model ofappropriate land management scale, a computing method for land managementscale was introduced and feasible land management scale range was analyzed.Taking Wangjia Town of Dengta County in Liaoning Province as an example,under existing economic condition theoretical land management scale was 1.48 ha,but according to the level of agricultural mechanization in this region, real scalewas 1.1 ha, so the theoretical scale is impossible to reach. Finally, feasiblemethods realizing the appropriate scale in this region were discussed.
