摘要

Based on working principle and practical planting requirement of row guide system forno-tillage wheat planters, this paper analyzes conditions of walking guided systems foragricultural machines at home and abroad. The row guide system for 2BMD-12 no-tillage wheatplanters is designed and developed. The system includes components of detecting device,signal transfer, signal disposal, signal export and display, steering control and so on.Components of every part and working principle are analyzed in detail. Then the simulationexperiments are made in fields to test the agility, sensitivity and applicability of the automaticguidance system. The results show: the detecting device is agile to turn and the reaction issensitive when touching stalks; the signal disposal device can dispose signals immediately andpass them to drivers; the steering control device can produce enough torsional moment tocontrol steering wheel; the electromotor, gears and steering wheel turn agilely.
