PRODUCING 'NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND' REPORT CARDSTHAT INCLUDE EXPERT JUDGMENTS

The No Child Left Behind Act requires report cards that present evaluations of schoolperformance in a format that is readily available to the general public. Since most states mustannually produce these reports for thousands of schools, the evaluations must be preformed bysome automated system. This paper introduces a system that can produce reports that includeexpert judgments in addition to reporting test scores and other data.
