The use of interorganizational IT infrastructure between firms in supply chain, such as Internet,extranet, EDI, and interorganizational information systems (IOS), has given rise to new form of interfirmrelationship, called electronic cooperation. Drawing on literatures in IS, supply chain, and marketing areas,this study identifies three interorganizational IT infrastructure capabilities- technological, structural, andinformational capability and three supply chain management (SCM) activities- process integration,information sharing, and trust. And this study also proposed a model and propositions that articulate therelationships between the three capabilities and SCM activities that lead electronic cooperation betweenfirms in supply chain.
