Start-Up of a World-Class Distribution Center: Hershey’s MWDC Project

The objectives for this presentation will be to provide the attendee with an overview of Hershey Foods’ project to add a new mega-distribution center as part of a redefined national distribution network and to provide insights to our project management philosophy. The scope of both topics is too vast to cover in this presentation; therefore, highlights will be reviewed to provide a reasonable knowledge of both.
