The Study on Integrated Intelligent Network Overload Control

摘要

This paper design an overload control model of Integrated Intelligent Network (IIN), and study an overload control mechanism. Because of IIN-SCP connecting with fixed/mobile networks, we provide an adaptive control windows algorithm in multi-service and multi-SSPs environment. The algorithm based on SCP can control traffic coming from different types SSPs by dynamic adjustment windows. The simulation results prove the algorithm's effectiveness and fairness.
