Javelin is a global computing platform. In 1999 the Javelin has been extended and its structureshave been changed to support more hosts. This new project was titled Javelin++. The main goalof Javelin++ is design and implementation of a highly scalable platform for global computing. There are two versions of Javelin++ with two different scheduling algorithms: probabilisticscheduling and deterministic scheduling. The client bottleneck in high failure rate environments is the main problem of deterministic scheduling in Javelin++. In this paper, we have changed the deterministic scheduling algorithm in Javelin++. This novel algorithm (as named Deterministic Scheduling Without Bottleneck-DSWB) parent selection process in the tree made up of hosts has been changed. The deterministic scheduling algorithm without bottleneck, decreases the overhead on clients as much as 50%.
