Electronic Check Systems with Passive Anonymity-Revoking Trustees

The concept of anonymity revocation is introduced to electronic check system for the first time. The model of fair electronic check system with passive trustee is proposed, and properties that fair electronic check systems should satisfy are discussed also. A fair online electronic check system with reusable refund is presented. In the system, a passive trustee is employed to revoke the anonymity of un-honest users. Moreover, the system solves the reusability problem of refunds using the RSA-based partially signature. The system is efficient and meets all basic security requirements.
