Analytical study of nanodynamics of a flying head slider considering the van der Waals forces for ultrathin multilayers

The corrected equation of the van der Waals pressure for a multilayered system which was developed by the authors was applied to an inclined flying head slider. The effect of the van der Waals forces on the static and dynamic characteristics of the head slider was clarified.
