摘要

A mathematical model of three-dimensional non-isothermal metal forming during rolling in grooves isproposed. To obtain numeric solution the finite element method is used. The problem of rolling of the round shape in 11passes of LH15SG steel is considered. Multiple-path analysis of technology with different inter-pass cooling conditionsis performed. Thermal distribution of deformation and forces in the passes are shown. The optimal technological variantis obtained from the criteria of final temperature and minimum power consumption.
